TERMS · EFFECTIVE 3 AUGUST 2026
Play fair.
Read boldly.
These terms govern use of CrowdMind. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
1. The service
CrowdMind is an entertainment game about predicting aggregated player choices. It does not provide professional advice, polling representative of the general population, or a promise that any result is objectively correct.
2. Accounts
You sign in through Apple or Google and are responsible for access to that identity-provider account. Choose a lawful, respectful handle. Do not impersonate others, automate submissions, manipulate results, attack the service, or attempt to access another player’s data.
3. Questions and results
Questions are curated for discussion and entertainment. Crowd splits reflect participating CrowdMind players during a particular question window. Submissions are final after confirmation. Features, schedules, scoring details, and question availability may evolve as the service improves.
4. Leaderboards and prizes
Scores, streaks, and leaderboards are for entertainment and status only. CrowdMind does not offer cash, property, gambling, or a prize of monetary value for ranking or answering questions.
5. CrowdMind Supporter
CrowdMind Supporter is an optional non-consumable Apple in-app purchase that removes advertising for the purchasing Apple account. The complete game remains playable without it. Billing, refunds, storefront pricing, and purchase restoration are handled under Apple’s terms and systems.
6. Content and sharing
CrowdMind’s app, questions, visual identity, and generated share-card layouts are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may share cards created by the app for personal, non-misleading use. Do not remove branding to imply official endorsement or resell CrowdMind assets.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the daily service reliable, but availability, questions, notifications, ads, and results may be delayed by maintenance or third-party services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that abuse the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CrowdMind is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, termination, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. You may stop using CrowdMind, sign out, or delete your account in-app at any time. Questions about these terms can be sent to pj@anvicit.cloud.
10. Apple terms
The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA. If these website terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple’s applicable platform terms, those requirements control to the extent of the conflict.
