Privacy Policy

Effective 2 August 2026

CrowdMind is a daily social-prediction game operated by Anvicit. This policy explains what the iPhone app sends off your device and why.

Data we collect

How we use it

We use account and gameplay data to run the game, calculate results and streaks, show leaderboards, deliver notifications you enabled, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

We use Apple and Google for sign-in, Apple for push delivery, OVH-hosted infrastructure for the CrowdMind API and database, and Google AdMob/UMP for consented advertising. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Gameplay data is kept while your account exists. Beta feedback remains linked to your account. You can permanently delete the account in Profile → Settings → Delete account; the account, gameplay history, push token, and feedback are deleted together. Verified database backups expire after 14 days, so deletion can remain in encrypted operational backups until they rotate out.

Your choices

You can change notification categories in Settings, deny system notification permission, revisit ad privacy choices where required, save share cards only when you choose, sign out, or delete the account. CrowdMind does not request access to your photo library; it requests add-only permission when you explicitly save a card.

Security and children

Traffic uses HTTPS, authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, and production secrets are not bundled in the app. CrowdMind is not directed to children under 13.
